Vidzone is an online music video service being operated by London
based company Vidzone Digital Media. It provides a free streaming of
music videos which is a downloadable app on the PlayStation 3 system in
parts of Europe and Australia only.
The usability of Vidzone can be hard to use at times depending on
what your doing e.g. Searching for an artist can be annoying and time
consuming because of how it is set. I don’t like that you can only
download it to your phone and not to your Hard Drive. It is quite hard
to explain why it is hard to use because it’s a music video app but to
narrow it down, it just is.
The selection on the Vidzone catalog is huge. It has over 1.5
million tracks, 25,000 music videos and 15,000 real tones including
songs from the big people everyone knows like Eminem, Nas, Kanye West
and even international songs. One thing that really annoyed was that
they had songs from India but it is defiantly missing hit American
artist. Hit american artist like 2pac, Young Jeezy and so on. Besides
that, you can mostly find anyone you want.
Overall Vidzone is Great especially because its free there’s no
going wrong it has a great selection of songs. The streaming is
instant, but quality of the video isn’t the greatest. Vidzone is
defiantly worth a try especially because its free.
