Sony Live stream
Well i havent heard one but it has been confirmed that playstation home will be replaying the conference a few hours after it happens. I havent found a confirmed live stream on the net.

The GamesCom will take place this year for the first time in Cologne and ESL TV is broadcast live on the spot. The first day will be devoted to sport and the ESL finals in WarCraft III ENC.
